Our mission is simple: to help put Finland's economy back on a path of sustainable growth.

RISE brings together entrepreneurs, investors, public and private funding organisations, and ecosystem partners to strengthen Finland's growth economy. We believe that world-changing companies are built when great ideas have access to the right capital, expertise, and networks.

Our goals are to:

  1. Strengthen Finnish companies' funding and international growth capabilities by providing knowledge, connections, and practical tools.
  2. Increase the flow of capital into Finnish companies by connecting founders with domestic and international investors and funding organisations.
  3. Strengthen collaboration across Finland's growth ecosystem by bringing together the key organisations that support entrepreneurship, innovation, exports, and investment.

Arttu Myllys, an alumnus of Proakatemia, is known for his extensive network and broad experience in entrepreneurship, business, sales leadership, and board work.

Mikael Johansson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in financial management and finance. He is a seasoned professional in corporate sales and an active father of four. Networking is in his nature, and helping others is a matter of honor. He has experience in the financial sector, startup investing, financial administration, legal services, and IPR matters.

M.Sc. (Econ.) Eija Ranua’s passion is helping Finnish entrepreneurs succeed. She has previously worked as an entrepreneur in PR, as a communications specialist for the Federation of Finnish Enterprises, and in numerous volunteer and board roles in initiatives promoting business and entrepreneurship.

Oskari Häkkinen serves as CEO of an AI-powered software company specializing in forest inventory, monitoring, and biodiversity solutions. His passion is helping Finnish companies grow and expand internationally.
